The team consists of 11 senior managers, some of them CEO's of Belgian companies, all having a fully booked agenda. They have decided to make time for this adventure and push their own limits.
Two experienced Polar travelers, Dixie Dancercoer (B) and Troy Henkels (US), will serve as guides for the preparations phase and throughout the expedition to the Pole.

Boudewijn, economist and philosopher, is happily married and father of three children. He's 42 years old and has a great sense of humor. He lives in Belgium and works in Brussels, where he is partner in a leading executive search company. Boudewijn enjoys exploring and trekking to exciting places. He loves sports, music and arts in general, as well as culinary endeavors. With a passion for expeditions and mountain hiking, Boudewijn was keen to be part of this Northbound Quest when the opportunity presented itself.
